Your Role
  • Build partnerships and alliances: Identify, develop and manage long-term strategic partnerships and alliances with relevant stakeholders in the battery industry to foster ACCURE's foodprint in the market to extend our competitive advantage.
  • Conduct market research and develop resilient strategies: Shape new strategies and businesses to build strong pipelines of prospects and increase long-term and satisfied customers. For that you have to continuously conduct in-depth market research of existing and new customers and businesses to identify untapped opportunities, understand customer needs, monitor and analyze our own and competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Build and utilise a strong network: Create awareness for ACCURE in the market through self-generated leads and networking efforts (e.g., pre-booking meetings for and attending relevant events).
  • Generate business: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to initiate and establish your own pipeline of exciting B2B opportunities in the field of BESS and/or automotive batteries (OEM) with out-bound and in-bound leads and opportunities.
  • Team Work matters: Collaborate closely with the executive team as well as your colleagues in the Business Development & Sales Department, Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Help shaping a greener future: Your work will have a direct impact on the environment and how batteries are being used in the future.
  • Conduct a close relation to our product development: Work closely with our product development team, providing market insights and customer feedback to refine and optimise our offerings for maximum market fit.
Your Skills
  • Personality: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You like to continuously challenge yourself and learning new skills has a high priority for you.
  • Working method: Structured, entrepreneurial, team-oriented and self-driven.
  • Experiences: Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in Sales or Business Development (ideally SaaS), experience in sourcing 80% of your own leads.
  • Know-how: You have an advanced understanding of battery systems and/or e-mobility, having an existing network in these areas is a huge plus.
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in business English and German (any further language would be a plus) and confidence in negotiating.
