Your Role

• Collaboration: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our merry band of marketeers. Become an integral part of our team and work closely with our global marketing group as well as with internal, cross-functional teams. This role reports directly to our VP of Marketing and will play a critical part in enhancing our brand and delivering compelling messages to our target audiences.
• Scope of work:Expectations are high, and you’ll be challenged. If you are smart, passionate, and have a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, we want you.
  • Crafting content: Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and more.
  • Event coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed.
  • Analytics and reporting: Analyze performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Monitor marketing KPIs and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. 

Your Skills

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Know-how: Strong writing skills with the ability to distill technical subject matter into easy-to-digest content. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and communication. Adobe CS and HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Working method: Ability to operate independently and as part of a team. Excellent prioritization and time management skills. Able to maintain strong working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Personality: Creative mind with a thirst for continuous improvement.
